UNITS

We sell by cases, whereas "Case" denotes a full unbroken case of 6 (unless otherwise specified). Split cases will incur extra warehouse charges of .50c per bottle.

PRICES

Do not hesitate to request a price list. Prices are expressed by unit in NZD exclusive of GST. Prices are vintage specific and subject to change without notice.

FREIGHT

Free of charge for Auckland metropolitan area. If outside of Auckland metropolitan area, an estimate of freight delivery via courier will be given at the time of order confirmation.

DAMAGES

All damages must be reported to Italian Cuvée on the day the wines are received. Damages not reported within 24 hours of delivery wil not be eligible for reimbursement or claim. Damaged bottles must be held for the courier to collect as proof of damage.

PAYMENT

Wholesales payment is due by the 20th day of the month
following the date of purchase.
Italian Cuvée has the right to charge interest, by way of liquidated damages, on all overdue accounts at the rate of 2.5% per month calculated from the date when payment becomes due until the date of payment or any judgement. Moreover, the Customer indemnifies Italian Cuvée against any costs or expenses (including actual legal costs and debt collection costs) incurred in recovery of the sum owed.
